Iola, Gross & Forbes-King partner Sam Iola will be a featured speaker at the Perrin Conferences Cutting-Edge Issues in Asbestos Litigation Conference, this March 5–6 in Miami.

Sam’s practice is devoted exclusively to representing mesothelioma victims in asbestos- and talc-exposure litigation.

A seasoned trial lawyer, he has secured record-setting verdicts in cases involving novel exposure theories, earning a reputation for combining deep scientific command with compelling courtroom advocacy.

At the conference, Sam will join fellow asbestos litigation leaders for a panel discussion on national trends shaping the practice, including emerging jurisdictions, filing trends by disease and venue, future litigation forecasts, and evolving approaches to case-risk assessment.

Additional panels will address developments in talc litigation, the impact of recent bankruptcies on asbestos claims, strategies for proving and collecting damages, judicial perspectives, and the role of AI and ethics in modern litigation, among others.
