As an intake paralegal, Jessica is often one of the first people clients speak with after experiencing harm from a dangerous or defective product. She takes that responsibility to heart, listening carefully, offering support, and making sure clients know they’re not alone.

For Jessica, the most rewarding part of her work is building relationships with clients and their families. She believes that listening is one of the most powerful things a legal professional can do. She takes pride in making sure every client feels heard, seen, understood, and cared for.

In addition, Jessica plays a key role in defendant research—identifying responsible companies, investigating their histories, and uncovering successor liabilities. Identifying those responsible and proving novel forms of exposure have become key differentiators for Iola, Gross & Forbes-King.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys yoga, flower arranging, and spending time with her son.
