Rachel Gross

Partner

Rachel is a veteran trial lawyer and name partner who represents individuals diagnosed with mesothelioma caused by asbestos and talc exposure. Known for her courtroom skill and command of this specialized area of litigation, she is frequently trusted by referring attorneys to handle their most complex and high-stakes cases. Her experience also includes mass tort litigation involving transvaginal mesh.

Rachel has played a leading role in securing significant and groundbreaking mesothelioma verdicts nationwide, including cases involving novel and difficult-to-prove forms of asbestos exposure. She was instrumental in winning a record $83 million verdict for a Massachusetts woman who developed mesothelioma after exposure to asbestos-contaminated ceramics pottery clay—an outcome that helped expand accountability for non-traditional exposure sources.

A fourth-generation lawyer and the first female attorney in her family, Rachel is driven by a deep conviction to help vulnerable individuals stand up to powerful corporate interests. She believes every asbestos-exposure victim has a unique story—and that telling it well matters. Rachel is known for guiding clients through the legal process with clarity, compassion and resolve, ensuring their voices are heard while relentlessly advocating on their behalf.

As increasing numbers of women are diagnosed with mesothelioma due to exposure to asbestos-contaminated talcum powder products, Rachel is especially committed to representing female victims. She focuses her practice on holding producers, manufacturers, distributors and retailers accountable for failing to warn consumers about known dangers associated with their products.

Outside the courtroom, Rachel is a lifelong horseback rider who competes in show jumping and spends as much time as possible at the barn. She also enjoys traveling and exploring the world.
