Megain Comanche brings passion and commitment to her work representing individuals and families whose lives have been devastated by asbestos and talc exposure. She focuses exclusively on helping people diagnosed with mesothelioma and other asbestos-related cancers seek justice from the corporations that mined, manufactured, and sold dangerous products containing asbestos and talc. Megain takes pride in helping clients stand up to powerful companies and level the playing field for those who have been harmed through no fault of their own.
Megain’s connection to asbestos litigation and advocacy began long before she became a lawyer. Working as a paralegal at leading firms representing victims of asbestos exposure, she saw firsthand the profound toll that these diseases take on individuals and their loved ones. Those experiences solidified her determination to do more as a trial lawyer. Her journey from paralegal to attorney reflects both her perseverance and her unwavering dedication to justice.
Megain treats every case as deeply personal. She listens carefully, communicates clearly, and stands beside her clients through every stage of the process. Megain believes that behind every lawsuit is a family seeking accountability, hope, and a sense of dignity restored.
Outside of her legal work, Megain enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, trying new restaurants, and staying active through running and roller skating. She’s also an avid reader and a devoted fan of true-crime stories—Law & Order remains a personal favorite.
